Tommy Roumanas is a systems-driven entrepreneur with a background in scientific research, finance, and AAA mobile gaming. His multidisciplinary experience led him to found Dytomic; a tech startup focused on game development and AI innovation. As CEO, Tommy guides the creative direction, business strategy, and production approach of the studio. He’s driven by a commitment to building smarter pipelines and crafting games that balance innovation with player-first design. Focused on long-term growth and sustainable execution, Tommy brings a structured yet adaptable mindset to every stage of development.
Dr. Vahe Vardanyan brings over a decade of experience in AI research and game technology to Dytomic. Formerly Scientific Director of Quebec’s R&D Center for Numerical Intelligence, he has led initiatives in generative AI, computer graphics, and VR experiences across both industry and academia. At Dytomic, Vahe leads the hands-on development of our AI systems. He designs and implements custom tools that support our creative pipeline and enable more efficient content production. His work connects deep academic research with practical solutions that keep Dytomic moving at the edge of innovation.
Thomas Bakoyannis is the financial engine behind Dytomic. With deep experience in digital currency markets, he funds the studio through self-driven investment strategies rooted in blockchain and crypto finance. His success in this space gives Dytomic a unique advantage; operational independence and financial agility without relying on external parties. Beyond funding, Thomas supports game operations directly, contributing his background in gaming to help align development with long-term studio goals.
Lead Software Engineer
Navid is a full-stack game developer who builds scalable and high-performance systems for Dytomic’s core gameplay. With experience in both front-end and back-end development, he ensures the game runs smoothly across platforms and evolves with feature growth.
Art Director
Vincent is a multidisciplinary designer with over 13 years of experience across advertising, e-commerce, and gaming. He leads Dytomic’s visual direction, drawing from a background in UI, branding, illustration, and motion design. His creative versatility ensures cohesive and engaging visuals across all touchpoints.

Martin specializes in systems design and CCG mechanics, with a background in both research and game development. He focuses on creating gameplay that is intuitive yet deeply strategic, working to deliver rewarding player experiences through well-balanced design.

James is a published author and poet with a strong passion for immersive storytelling. He crafts the world of Ascaron and its inhabitants, infusing the Pirate Raids Universe with rich lore, character depth, and thematic cohesion that ties directly into gameplay.

Peter brings over six years of experience in marketing and content strategy. He produces visual and written content that amplifies Dytomic’s voice, driving community engagement and player excitement across digital platforms.
2D Artist
Daria is a 2D environment and character artist who blends traditional artistry with AI-assisted tools. She has helped pioneer ethical GenAI workflows at Dytomic, producing high-quality visual assets that match the studio’s signature style.
Character Artist
Anastasiia creates stylized fantasy characters that bring the Pirate Raids world to life. With a dual background in fine arts and game art, she combines creative design with technical modeling to produce expressive and polished characters.
Environment Artist
William focuses on modeling and texturing stylized environments and props. He supports worldbuilding at Dytomic through visually cohesive assets, while continuing his studies in 3D animation and digital design at NAD-UQAC.
Animation Artist
Maxime focuses on rigging and 3D animation, supporting the team with expressive character movement and visual storytelling. He is currently refining his animation pipeline while completing his studies at NAD-UQAC.
